Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 within the continental United States. For orders under $49, a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 will apply.
We also offer expedited shipping options, including 2-day and overnight shipping, for an additional fee. Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on certain items, including perishable goods.
